This Limited Warranty describes how we address items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Damage on arrival / defects / wrong item (48-hour claim window)
    You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:

    • The item arrives damaged (including shipping damage)

    • The item is defective on arrival

    • You received the wrong item

To submit a claim within the 48-hour window, contact us and include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product issue

  • Review and resolution options
    After reviewing your claim, we may offer one or more of the following solutions, as appropriate and depending on the situation and availability:

    • Replacement parts (where applicable)

    • A replacement item

    • A return for refund

    • Another reasonable resolution determined case-by-case

  • What this warranty does not cover
    This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

    • Misuse, abuse, improper assembly, or improper care

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage occurring after delivery that is not attributable to shipping damage, defect on arrival, or receiving the wrong item

  • How this relates to returns
    For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. For confirmed issues covered by this Limited Warranty (quality issues, wrong items, or shipping damage), return shipping responsibility is handled by the seller or case-by-case based on review.
