We ship to addresses within the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Orders $89.99 and over ship free. Orders below $89.99 have a flat $10 shipping fee.

When do you process orders?
Processing time is 1–3 business days. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST). Orders placed after the cutoff may begin processing the next business day.

How long does delivery take?
After shipment, typical transit time is 6–8 business days. Transit time begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

Will I receive tracking?

Can I cancel my order?

After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery, following our Returns & Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

My item arrived damaged/defective or I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the issue. This 48-hour window supports investigation and resolution options.

When will I receive my refund?
If your return/refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Are taxes added at checkout?
